  • Offers must always be supported by arguments. As professionals, we cannot engage in the auction and haggling without the most objective criteria possible.
  • Timing is crucial when making a purchase. We can assess the circumstances of both buyers and sellers to optimize the transaction timeline, which can sometimes result in savings for both parties.
  • We never discuss discounts; we focus on the fair price at any given time. Our precise knowledge of the cost and extent of the improvements gives us a competitive edge over individual buyers.
